What does the Personal Operating Profile pre-work involve?
The Personal Operating Profile is generated from a structured, AI-supported, conversational experience — not a survey. Participants engage in a series of guided reflection exercises that surface how they think, decide, and create value in their specific context. It takes approximately 2.5 hours in total, but can be completed in short segments on your own schedule. The output is specific and often surprising. Most participants say it names something they’ve felt but never articulated.
What happens after the engagement?
